Each custom panel is made with a pocket to accommodate a rod or pole. Pockets are made to your custom dimension to ensure the correct fit around your drapery pole. "Drapery Width" is the total area in width that you want your drape to cover (The width of the opening in which you are covering).

Rod Pockets:
• 5/8" rod = order a 2" pocket
• 1 3/8" rod = order a 3" pocket
• 2" rod = order a 4" pocket for tight fit, order a 4.5" pocket for looser fit
• 2 1/4" rod = 4.5" pocket

Curtain Lengths:
Floor Length: The curtains are positioned 1/2" off the floor for a more traditional, tailored look. This length is best for traversing curtains. To measure for Floor Length curtains, measure from the bottom of your pole to 1/2" above the floor.
Trouser Length: The curtains are positioned at floor level. This length is best for stationary curtains. Stationary panels are not recommended to be moved. To measure for Trouser Length curtains, measure from the bottom of your pole to floor level.
Puddle Length: The curtains have approximately 4" - 8" in length added beyond the floor. This length will set off a more dramatic look and is best for stationary panels. Stationary panels are not recommended to be moved. To measure for Puddle Length curtains, measure from the bottom of your pole to the floor. Add 4" - 8" to your length, depending on how much you want your curtains to puddle.

Functional Curtains/panels/drapes: A curtain or set of curtains that will open or close across your windows.
Stationary Curtains/panels/drapes: A curtain or set of curtains that are used for style and design. These curtains will not be used to open and close, but instead to enhance the beauty of your room.

Silk color may vary from the sample piece received. This fabric is HAND DYED and HAND WOVEN. The colors from shipment to shipment may vary between 5% - 7%. The dye lots are only about 100 yards per batch. Hand-loom silk dupioni have weaving irregularities like SLUBS, BARRES and LOOPS. These are characteristic of the fabric and are inherent.

*All curtains are carefully crafted by efficient mechanical sewing; however, all meticulous detail is sewn by hand.

This item ships via FedEx or UPS (depending on your zip code). Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via the email address you provide. Ground shipments usually arrive within 2-5 business days after shipment. Please inspect the package when it arrives to determine if damage occurred during shipping. If a box is crushed, wet or severely damaged, reject the shipment and do not sign for it. The item will be returned to us, which allows us to file a claim. We will then be able to ship your replacement item within 24 hours.
If damage during shipping is discovered after delivery, contact customer service immediately so a claim can be filed. Please retain all damaged items and shipping materials, as the carrier may need to perform an inspection.

The manufacturer of Sunbrella fabrics, Glen Raven Inc., provides a 5 year warranty on their furniture grade fabric effective from the date of purchase. This limited warranty covers the solution-dyed acrylic fabric that has become unserviceable because of loss of color or strength from normal exposure conditions, including sunlight, mildew, rot, and atmospheric chemicals. In the event that something happens to your fabric, Glen Raven will supply new fabric, free, to replace the fabric that has become unserviceable. This warranty does not cover our labor or freight related to replacement. Sunbrella is known throughout the industry as the best outdoor fabric available.
